- Use Papion for lawful, personal purposes only.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, extract, or reverse-engineer our platform.
4. Image Upload & Consent
By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own the image or have permission from the individuals pictured. You grant Papion permission to:
- Process uploaded images for analysis.
- Temporarily store images during your active session.
- Retain anonymized versions to improve our algorithms.
You may request deletion of identifiable images by contacting papion.care@gmail.com.
5. License & Intellectual Property
All platform content, algorithms, and outputs belong to Papion. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service.
6. Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and updates may affect service availability.
7. Prohibited Use
